The Dialogue


- Hi. I haven't seen you for ages. How are you?
- I'm fine indeed. How are you keeping?
- I'm excellent. I think to start my own business. What do you think about it?
- It's a great idea I think. What type of business are you going to run ?
- May be some kind of flower's shop. You know how I'm fond of flowers.
- I see. It's interesting. Well, first of all you need money to start your business, as you need a room for making flowers bouquets and a lot of instruments and other things.
- Yeah, I think it'll be perfect to get money from a bank. I've being chosen for a long time and stopped on Alfa-Bank.
- I can't advice you any of the bank, I'm not confident in this sphere. I hope Alfa-bank is a good one. Just one question: what are you going to do if the bank doesn't lend you any money?
- Oh, it'll be awful, but, of course, it might be. So....I'll get some help from my family having borrowed some money from them. I think they'll be very happy to help me.
- Yes, what about attracting clients? We all know how difficult to find clients especially nowadays when there are so many florist's shops and salons.
- I hope you'll help me with this problem. I know about thousands of your friends. Besides, many of them are boys who can present flowers to their girlfriends, aren't they?
- They are they are. Maybe for the first step you should do some advertising to attract your future clients. Or just as you said you can start to inform your friends about your business, they'll help you. More than that with the help of the Internet we can post some material. Do you agree?
- Oh, it's a great idea. Why didn't I think about it myself? Thank you very much. I have a friend who is a professional in creating a website. Exactly, I'll be succeed.
- It's great to have such friends! But what about making flower compositions? Are you going to make them by yourself or with the help of professionals?
- You know I spend my last summer holidays in Moscow and thereat I took some lessons from florists. That's why I'm going to create flowers' compositions myself.
- It's interesting. So you will to spend money for professionals. And it's great. You could save these money for something more important. I see that you ready to start your own business and you have thought about every detail.
- Yes, I have. I’ve being entertained this idea for a long time.
- But as for me I’ve been thinking about living on my own. I’ve always dreamed about it, but I don’t know with what to start.
- First of all, you need a flat. And what about your flatmate? Or are you going to live alone?
- I think I’d like to live with somebody who would share the rent with me.
- Ok, if you decide so, I have to ask you about your future flatmate. You know people are different and, unfortunately, there are some untidy. Ugly, impolite, dishonest, immoral, etc. And what do you think to do with this problem?
- Oh, I haven’t thought about it. I’ll try to find someone who will be fit for me, for example, from my friends.
- Good, I hope you’ll  find the best flatmate. But there is another serious problem. It is connecting with the lap of money. Of course, I don’t want it but you might run out of money.
- That’s really a serious problem. I will better make a list of my expenses and I hope this will prevent me from this problem. But in case it doesn’t work I’ll come home. My parents always glad to see me.

Running or Jogging

Of course, smoking is one of the biggest problems nowdays. But I suggest pay attention ways how to be healthy in this blog. For example, what we should do to be healthy, and we shouldn't.

I consider that running or jogging are parts of healthy lifestyle. You can run for health, fitness, weight loss, competition, or fun.



 There are many benefits in running. Some of these benefits include potential weight loss, improved cardiovascular and respiratory health (reducing the risk of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases), improved cardiovascular fitness, reduced total blood cholesterol, strengthening of bones, possible strengthening of the immune system and an improved self esteem and emotional state.


 Running, like all forms of regular exercise, can effectively slow or reverse the effects of aging.

I also consider that in order to stay healthy you must also give up badhabits. SMOKING is one of such habits; also smoking is becoming a serious problem of society.
I want to introduce you to the statistics of smokers in the effort. The first map shows the percentage of male smoking, the second shows the percentage of female smoking.












How do cigarettes damage health?
Cigarettes contain more than 4000 chemical compounds and at least 400 toxic substances.
When you inhale, a cigarette burns at 700°C at the tip and around 60°C in the core. 
The products that are most damaging are:
·         tar;
·         nicotine is addictive and increases cholesterol levels in your body;
·         carbon monoxyde reduces oxygen in the body.
The damage caused by smoking is influenced by:
·         the number of cigarettes smoked;
·         whether the cigarette has a filter;
·         how the tobacco has been prepared.
SMOKING raises blood pressure!!!
SMOKING worsens asthma!!!
HEAVY smokers are twice as likely to get macular degeneration, resulting in the gradual loss of eyesight!!!
SMOKERS run an increased risk of cataracts!!!
SMOKERS take 25 per cent more sick days year than non-smokers!!!
SMOKING stains your teeth and gums!!!
SMOKING also affects your looks: smokers have paler skin and more wrinkles. This is because smoking reduces the blood supply to the skin of vitamine A!!!

A healthy diet

I think the most important way to be healthy it is eating a healthy diet. Nowdays, it is rather difficult to eat healthy food according to the shedule of meals, but who says that it must be very easy? For example, any student can reserve in a cafe some vegetable or fruit salats instead of hamburgers or pizzas. And the best way bring from home some fruits, it's more useful and rather cheaper.

Today's problems

As to my mind the biggest problem for people who try to stay healthy is the lack of time and possibilities. In terms of time, people always  say that they have home work every evening, that's why they don't have time in the evening for running or for riding a bike. As to possibilities: nowadays good high quality good is a part of healthy lifestyle, Unfortunately, good quality food isn't cheap enough. Even if a man decides to start healthy lifestyle he starts thinking about these two problems.

Exercise

One of the biggest problems today is lack of activity. We know it's good for us but avoid it like the plague either because we're used to being sedentary or afraid that exercise has to be vigorous to be worth our time. The truth is, movement is movement and the more you do, the healthier you'll be. Even moderate activities like chores, gardening and walking can make a difference.
Just adding a little movement to your life can:
  • Reduce the risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes
  • Improve joint stability
  • Increase and improve range of movement
  • Help maintain flexibility as you age
  • Maintain bone mass
  • Prevent osteoporosis and fractures
  • Improve mood and reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression
  • Enhance self esteem
  • Improve memory in elderly people
  • Reduce stress
So, even if you opt for small changes and a more modest weight loss, you can see the benefits are still pretty good. One study has found that just a 10% weight reduction helped obese patients reduce blood pressure, cholesterol and increase longevity.
